ABOUT THE EVENT
Twenty of the Twin Cities most vibrant dancers come together for Live @ The Shed, an outdoor dance event featuring the world premiere of bolerobolero. Set to the iconic orchestral work by Ravel, this contemporary interpretation, co-choreographed by Berit Ahlgren and Helen Hatch, comes as a response to our collective need to continue dancing and creating together as we navigate upheavals in our social and political landscapes. Program begins with works-in-progress presentations from members of the cast.
Featuring Berit Ahlgren, Helen Hatch, Hannah Albers, Alivia Brouwer, Alexandra Bodnarchuk, Penelope Freeh, Natalie Gorg, Leah Gulstrand, Elena Hollenhorst, Alejandra Iannone, Gemma Isaacson, Juliana Johnson, Jake Lewis, Samantha Meryhew, Kelli Miles, Da’Rius Malone, Sally Rousse, Amanda Sachs, Connor Simone, and Joe Tennis.
While the performance is free, donations are warmly accepted. Please click DONATE to support the artists. Thank you!
